Undoubtedly, the quality of the law in force is of vital importance in a contemporary democratic state under the rule of law. Legal acts should be characterised by a very high level of linguistic correctness ensured through editing (this requirement is linked to the traditional primacy of linguistic interpretation) and it should be possible to interpret them by means of commonly known and methods accepted by ‘interpretative community’.
