Tradycyjne rozumienie suwerenności państwowej i jego krytyka

Abstract
Niniejszy artykuł charakteryzuje tzw. tradycyjne rozumienie suwerenności państwa oraz przedstawia jego współczesną krytykę, prowadzoną zwłaszcza w kontekście globalizacji, praw człowieka i kryzysu tzw. klasycznych funkcji państwowych. Autor dochodzi do wniosku, że tradycyjnie rozumiana suwerenność państwa nie zmieniła się w swej istocie, a jej krytyka opiera się na podstawach ideologicznych i ma polityczne, nie zaś teoretyczne cele.
The following article attempts to define the so-called “traditional” meaning of state sovereignty and presents its contemporary critique, especially in the context of globalization, human rights and the crisis of so-called classical state functions. The author comes to the conclusion that state sovereignty, traditionally understood, has not lost its essence, whereas its contemporary critique is based on ideological reasons, and has a political, rather than theoretical, purpose.
