Człowiek i polityka. Przykład Republiki Mołdowy

Abstract

Artykuł poświęcony tematyce „Człowiek i polityka” opisuje przykład Republiki Mołdowa, która dopiero w wyniku upadku byłego ZSRR uzyskała niepodległość. Analizując problem związków zachodzących między człowiekiem i polityką, wzięto pod uwagę następujące czynniki: czynnik systemowy, czynnik historyczny, czynnik społeczny oraz czynnik indywidualny. Artykuł próbuje udzielić odpowiedzi na pytanie czy „potencjał polityczny” człowieka w Mołdowie jest skutecznie wykorzystywany czy z kolei marnowany.
 The article is devoted to the theme „Man and Politics” and describes an example of the Republic of Moldova, which is only following the collapse of former Soviet republics gained independence. Analyzing the problem of the relationship between man and the policy takes into consideration the following factors: political system, a  historical factor, social factor and personal factor. This article tries to answer the question whether „political potential” man in Moldova is used effectively and in turn wasted.
