euro pejskie prawo konkurencji w Szkole Prawa angielskiego Durham
University. Recenzowana praca opublikowana została przez
Oxford University Press w 2009 roku w serii Oxford Studies in European
Law. Jej podstawę stanowi – w dużej mierze zmieniona – rozprawa
doktorska Schützego, obroniona w 2005 roku we florenckim
Europejskim Instytucie Uniwersyteckim.
